Training Needs Analysis

This is essential to ensure we get the training intervention right, "first time".

Ideally we meet people who are both involved and also surround the target audience for a 360 degree view of current status ans perceived and actual opportunities.

Course production

We take care of this whole process using appropriate branding but with input regarding style and final design.


We are happy to produce the documentation/ web input but will always make this a key part of the response to your brief. We prefer a straightforward approach since it is better for the delegates when they come to use tha material.

Course Delivery

This can be in-house or at a preferred location chosen by you or recommended by us. The hours are flexible, but we do insist on timeliness to ensure the best value for money when the delegates are in our care.

From one day up to two weeks, the courses are designed to maintain both concentration and interest, and the tutors we propose are mainly experienced in either the subject area or the market sector and ideally, both.

Course Follow-up

Some organisations fully recognise the power and importance of what to do once the "show is over" and be it their own appraisal process or just a meeting with their manager to agree an action plan, we always recommend a post-event strategy. Sometime it involves Hanson Associates Tutors/Facilitators and Coaching is just one ideal way to cement a new skill or process. We often provide the coaching skills so you can roll the process out in-house.
